RUF at Texas Tech is a Christian ministry on campus seeking to foster a love for God and love for our neighbors. We attempt this by providing opportunities to learn what the Bible teaches and put it into practice in our everyday lives. At RUF, we emphasize the sufficiency of Christ for salvation and the sufficiency of His Word for knowing Him. This means that we value the importance of both doctrine and life. The gospel must be understood if it’s to be lived, and it must be lived in order to be truly understood.
Regardless of your beliefs or doubts, RUF is a place for you to explore Christianity and grow in your understanding of who Jesus is and what it means to follow him in community with others at Texas Tech University.

We also offer several small group Bible studies throughout the semester and Steve would love to meet with you one on one to consider how the deep truths we learn together at large Group and in small groups apply specifically to you as an individual. In addition we offer opportunities to learn, grow, have fun and serve through events and activities including Texas RUF Fall Conference, Spring Break Mission Trip, RUF National Summer Conference and various others.
